How to make cute Monster Handprints

Some monsters are simply too cute and we definitely have a sweet spot for monster-themed crafts, foods, & activities. Inspired by all the DIY monster gloves I recently came across, I thought it would be fun to make Monster Handprints with the kids. I wanted them to be cute, fun, and not-so-scary. If you would like to see our scary monster handprint design, head on over to Random Handprints to check out our guest post.
Handprint Monster Hands craft for kids
Here's how to make the not-so-scary monster hands:
First, I mixed paint {blue for my son & purple for my daughter} with the same color glitter glue as well as Crayola Pearl It! mixing medium which gives it a shimmering, pearl-like effect {I am a huge fan of it and use it on all kinds of projects!}. They each made 2 handprints. Later, I decorated them with glitter glue pens by adding glitter-y nails and wrote "Monster Hands" on each. simple, yet totally adorable!
